While it is widely agreed that Foggart did in fact achieve speed never previously experienced on a Penny Farthing, it was never officially recognised as he only made one pass. The name of this cafe is in homage to the great Hubert Foggart and his Penny Farthing. With normal hours returning on Tuesday April 10th.
